I’m Kevin Grant, Founder & CEO, and after spending over eight years in banking—holding positions as a Wealth Management Banking Specialist at Bank of America, Branch Manager at PNC Bank, and Relationship Banker at JPMorgan Chase—I’ve seen firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face when trying to secure funding and build lasting financial relationships.

Beyond banking, I’ve worked as a sales consultant, helping small businesses scale and grow, which has given me a unique perspective on what business owners truly need. After working in startup environments and the financial industry, I became frustrated with the lack of guidance and support available to small businesses. With over 12 years of experience in sales, finance, and multimedia production, I’ve built my career at the intersection of business strategy, creativity, and financial empowerment. My journey in banking and finance began in 2016, where I quickly became a top performer in credit sales, investment referrals, and business banking solutions. Holding leadership roles at Bank of America, PNC Bank, and JPMorgan Chase, I saw firsthand how small businesses struggled to access capital and build strong financial relationships.

That frustration led me to create 2410 Capital Acquisition Group—a company built to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and the financial solutions they need to scale and thrive.

Beyond finance, I’ve always been passionate about storytelling and branding, co-founding the first high school football podcast in Montgomery County and using my graphic design and video editing skills to connect businesses with their audiences. This blend of finance and creativity is what sets 2410 apart—taking a white-glove, people-first approach to business funding, education, and strategic growth.
